Returns
✧ We offer exchanges or online credit notes for up to 30 days on rings, necklaces and bracelets as long as they are returned within 30 days and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
✧ Refunds on earrings are only permitted for items deemed faulty by us on return.
✧ All return postage is at the expense of the customer. Please email us on hello@wittandpearl.com in order to return your item.
✧ We advise that you put the item on tracked delivery as we are not liable for the loss of any items in transit.

Perfect for gifting or keeping your pieces in forever, you can rest assured we have done our best to use Eco~Friendly products & the least amount of packing possible.

Here at Witt & Pearl we are determined not to contribute to additional waste and have worked hard to make sure our packaging derives from sustainable sources and won't end up in landfills. Please see below for a breakdown of where our packaging comes from, and how you can get rid of it kindly.

MAILER BAGS (biodegradable)
We use
HERO Packaging Padded Mailer Bags which are Certified with Australian Standards AS5810 & are Home Compostable, meaning you can throw the used mailer straight into the compost and it breaks down within 180 days.
POSTAL STICKER ON MAILER (biodegradable)
There’s no point sending out compostable mailers if the sticker on them isn’t! Our printer labels are made from Cane Fibre (Bagasse). Without silicone, completely recyclable, Wood Free and compostable. So go ahead and stick in your compostable bin.
PACKING INSIDE BOX (biodegradable & recyclable)
Completely made from Kraft Paper our bubble wrap alternative is 100% Recyclable, Biodegradable & Compostable. So stick it in your recycle bin or compost :)
JEWELLERY BOX (recyclable)
Our Jewellery box is made to keep your pearls for years to come! It does not contain tarnish-accelerating chemicals which can damage jewellery.
Made from eco-friendly, organic, recycled, Fairtrade®, and FSC®-certified products. Made of FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue, the tap is made of grosgrain satin ribbon. The FSC® mark guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal- and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.
Please re-use the box - but if you wish to you can put everything but the ribbon in the recycle bin!
BUSINESS CARD (recyclable)
Made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Can be popped in your recycling bin or passed onto a friend in need of jewellery!
