All weekday orders are Shipped the next Business Day.

All Weekend Orders are sent on Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order, and a further email with your Tracking Link in once we have sent your order. 

Australia Postage

All of our orders are sent with Australia Post.

✧ Free Standard Shipping on all items with no Minimum Spend.

✧ Express Shipping is Free Over $300 or $10 on orders below that

✧ Please check with Australia Post for their current postage times. All orders are sent the next Business Day from Port Macquarie, NSW.

International Postage

FREE Standard International Shipping when you spend $250 & Over 

FREE Express International Shipping when you spend-  $350 AUD & Over

Orders Under $250 AUD
Standard International Postage $20 AUD

Express International Postage $35 AUD

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Returns Policy

✧ EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY ~ For all purchases from November 5th -December 30th 2024 we offer exchanges or online credit notes up to 30th January 2025 on rings, necklaces and bracelets as long as they are returned in their original packaging. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

✧ Refunds on Earrings are only permitted for items deemed faulty by us on return.

✧ All Return Postage (unless faulty) is at the expense of the customer. Please email us on hello@wittandpearl.com in order to return your item.
