We post all orders the next working day with Australia Post and will email through a tracking number.

✧ Express Shipping is Free Over $300 or $10 on orders below that

✧ Express International Postage $35 AUD

FREE Standard International Shipping when you spend $250 & Over 

FREE Express International Shipping when you spend-  $350 AUD & Over

Returns

✧ We offer exchanges or online credit notes for up to 30 days on rings, necklaces and bracelets as long as they are returned within 30 days and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

✧ Refunds on earrings are only permitted for items deemed faulty by us on return.

✧ All return postage is at the expense of the customer. Please email us on hello@wittandpearl.com in order to return your item.

✧ We advise that you put the item on tracked delivery as we are not liable for the loss of any items in transit.
