✧ EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY ~ For all purchases from November 5th -December 30th we offer exchanges or online credit notes for up to 30th January on rings, necklaces and bracelets as long as they are returned in their original packaging. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
✧ Refunds on earrings are only permitted for items deemed faulty by us on return.
✧ All return postage is at the expense of the customer. Please email us on hello@wittandpearl.com in order to return your item.
✧ We advise that you put the item on tracked delivery as we are not liable for the loss of any items in transit.

Yes it does! All our pieces have a 1 Year Warranty which covers any manufacturing fault in the Jewellery in this time. General wear & tear by Customers is not covered.
